Hancock Notch to Cedar Brook to Hancock Loop. We went up the North trail and down the South. Trails all had some wet/muddy spots after the rain of last week. Brook crossings were not a problem. No bugs down low. Black flies were really bad at the North peak outlook, but were not a problem when we were moving. Canada Jays were out and feeding at the outlook. The trail from North to South had some major wet/muddy spots. These could be crossed with poles or great sense of balance!
