Trail: UNH- West side only
Parking: lot open, one other car
Water Crossings: none to mention
Special equipment: bare booted the whole day, gaiters were helpful. Last carry of the shoes this year.
Trail Conditions: diminishing monorail down low and again past Allen's Ledge, the rest was clear trail with some mud. Gaiters were good for postholing on the rail, not very deep, mid calf at most. Did not do the loop, I would assume similar conditions on the east side. Great day on trail with outstanding views, shorts, gaiters and T-shirt! Beautiful morning sunning on the ledge. Still some visible snow on the big peaks and in the woods, should be going fast.
