LT from 108 to the Chin is in great shape -- dry, well cleared, well drained, etc. Same goes for Profanity from LT to Taft Lodge. Adams Apple trail & Hell Brook between Lake of the Clouds & Eagle Pass are not brushed out quite as well, but they are passable, unobstructed and dry.
Water source at Taft Lodge is running shockingly low for this early in the season. Water is available by dipping from a pool in the rocks, but there is no flow to speak of.
Two medium-sized blowdowns block the path from Taft Lodge to the composting privy; herd paths are forming around these.
