Trail Conditions: Good, but the crossings were a little bit tough. The trail disapear in Norcross Pond, because the high water level up there.

After a short trip up Duck Pond, I said goodbye to my friend Karl and headed toward Nancy. It was 1:30pm, plenty of time I thought.

But because of various reasons, I end up bushwhacking all the way from Norcross pond to the summit... (I didn't really knew where the herd path was). It was pretty easy, few cliffs and little thick spots but overall it was fun (45 minutes to reach the top). I used the herd path to go back down, but then manage to take the wrong trail... I check my compass (I forgot GPS and camera in the car) and realized I was heading west  I made it back to the tricky crossing just before dark, and got to TH 2 hours late. I was soaked and tired when I got out. Thanks god my boyfriend was there waiting for me in a warm car !

Special Equipment Required: Humility
