I'm in the market for a lightweight hydration pack for trail running, not hiking. I need only accommodate keys, wallet and a lightweight shirt. Probably 2 lt. water is sufficient.

You trail runners - what's your favorite?

The Nathan Race Vest is great. Super comfy and lightweight, with two big pockets on the front shoulder straps which could easily accomodate your keys and wallet.

The one thing I'd recommend is swapping out the bladder itself with a 2L camelbak (if you have one). The bladder itself is okay, but I know that some folks have reported leaking issues in the past... that said, I think the issue has been resolved with newer models, and the slideseal close is pretty nifty!

I agree with LRiz. Love my Nathan Intensity - I have the women's version. The original bladder blew out after one run :( so I replaced it with Camelback and Platypus (different sizes) bladders - no leaks with those.

Surely there are other good ones out there...
