I had a chance to look at the river gauges today and it looks like this year may be a repeat of year where the area could have flood conditions without singificant rain. The last time this happened RT 2 in Gorham flooded stopping traffice east west across NH. If anyone is heading into areas with singificant stream crossings the combination of the snow pack up high and continued warm weather could make things interesting until the temp return to normal. I expect it will be more of an issue up north where there is some snow pack.
