Just a heads up for casual users:
The past month or two has really been a banner period for this site:
The Trail Conditions have been prompt, helpful and detailed;
The storm support and trail-work recovery effort has shown real community;
Now that winter has arrived, Trip Reports have been more numerous and, in some cases, WAY beyond the mundane.
The site has cycles of moribund and vital energy; right now it rocks.
I'd recommend this get a quick shot and then shut down, but I'll defer to the group.
Thanks again to Darren and the moderators for their efforts, but thanks mostly to the OUTSTANDING contributors lately.
