I'm hoping to hike the Sewards on Thursday. Does anyone know if the Coreys road gate is still open? Is there a place I can call to find out?

Did you end up going? How was it?

yes, we did it on 12/21/06. I posted a trail conditions report. Excellent trip, but a loooong day. i left troy at 4:00 a.m. and was back there about midnight.
