We took several short hikes around Pinkham Notch to Lady's Lookout, Square Ledge, Lost Pond and Glen Ellis Falls. After dinner, we returned to Lost Pond for an evening hike under the stars.

One of winter's beautiful scenes; a frozen waterfall.

What a great way to spend a day! You sure did a nice job of weaving together a series of excellent locations with beautiful views. Glad you were able to get in so much time on the trails during the week. Wish we could have joined you for more that just one day.

Mark: Fortunately for us, the weather was great for the remainder of the week. Sometimes a day of short hikes with views can be as satisfying as a day on a 4000 footer.

Phil: The falls were amazing. We hadn't been at the Ellis falls for 20 years.

Mac: Square Ledge is one of our favorites. Thanks.

Donna:)
