Parking Lot: Snow is not plowed until to the trailhead parking lot. Snow plowing stopped at the end of the home on Starr King Road. So We're supposed to park our cars at South side from Route 2 (opposite side from Trailhead parking lot), then walk from there.
Trail Conditions: 2-4 inches of snow on the trail. (More snow at higher elevation) All the way hike in and out, we put on Microspikes and that was enough. We carried crampons but never used it. Snowshowes stayed in the car.
