Via Livermore Trail, Scaur Ridge Trail, Pine Bend Brook Trail and Mt. Tripyramid Trail

Fresh dusting of 1-2" of fluffy powder at the start, maybe 2-3" higher up with a bit of drifting on Pine Bend Brook Trail. Great snowshoe track along all trails that we helped consolidate a bit more - thanks to the weekend warriors and Tim L yesterday for making it a bit easier for us today. Wore snowshoes from the split on Livermore from the XC ski trail to within a mile or so of the car - perfect conditions for it with the trail nicely filled in all the way to the summits. Pine Bend Brook from the Kancamagus looked well-consolidated as well, but Sabbaday Brook Trail looked like it had been chewed up recently by barebooters.

Hannah had a great day - moderate temps, no tough scrambles with the packed out snow, and plenty of animal tracks to check out. Not much running water but she is always content to just to eat snow instead.

Summits were in the clouds so no real views to speak of, but warm temps and only a bit of drizzle for the last half mile made for a great winter hike.

This hike marked the completion of my third round of 4k's, and Hannah's second round of 4k's :) - thanks Tim C for joining us for a fantastic winter day in the woods!
