A mixed blessing. You got someone to carry your stuff but you also have someone to watch you back.

Sue Thomas--F B Eye

Ok, so it wasn't on the trail, but this is who Lauky and I ran into today.
Sue Thomas of Sue Thomas F B Eye (the real Sue Thomas, not the actress) and her special skills dog Katie. She was in Bridgton on a speaking tour and I asked if she would let us be photographed together. In addition to her deafness, she now also has MS but she keeps on going. She is an amazing, amazing woman. Katie is also a very special dog.
