  • Thanks for the greenie! It's great finally getting back on the trails with Jay only 5 months after his pelvic fracture. Yesterday he jumped down 2' off a ledge on Chocorua! OMG! I don't think he should be doing that quite yet! Fortunately, nothing 'cracked' or 'shifted'!!
    Marco

    Polo!

Hey -- thanks for the tip. Invaluable -- I'm CARVING! I can't believe how easy that was! Got some tips from a pro this weekend on my hands -- tough having long legs and a short waist -- means I really have to reach way out there with my hands, but I'm now skiing on my whole ski and what a difference on the steep stuff. And did we hit some STEEP stuff this weekend! Woo hoo!
aren't you fresh....hopefully no magnetic parts...I had a couple start calling me crooked knee but i kicked their ass climbing and they stopped
Thank you for the greenie...I stopped by the hardware store after getting gas Thursday when I saw all the lights go out, but alas no Mark! You must have been hiding out back!
    Hey!
Sorry I forgot about your class! I remember we talked about it, I just forgot it was this weekend!! (see why MJ always gets mad at me!)
Have a GREAT time! Learn alot!
OK, just let us know. You've got my number, so you can always give me a call monday --- I get off work at 4:30. If you should decide to just head down tuesday morning for your appt, maybe you would be interested in hanging around town until 4:30 and stopping by for a visit/dinner??
hi..it's not the energy..just the discomfort level....just got in from a 3 mile snowshoe i n my little park up back..what a nice sky and moon...how big a group do you have manana..Galehead is a worthwhile destination and really steep only on last section below gar..ridgehmmm...what is your departure time..maybe if i get a 2 mile head start....:<) as for the nest visit..IF it works for you guys I would be down monday evening though..as you might expect..things starting to get complicated on my end..my appointment is not until 1130 tues and it may make more sense just to go down..more later
Awww...and I switched my plans from Pierce and Ike! Big group heading there tommorrow, departing Highland Center at 9am. If you feel a sudden burst of energy, meet us at Beaver Brook!
    :)
BTW, is it monday night that you will be our most welcomed guest or tuesday??
    yeah..I understand the grid thing....

Pierce is my first option tomorrow..look for an old bent over guy....there is a trip for Galehead however...hmmmm...what about those water crossings
    Hi SIlverfox,

Pierce and perhaps Eisenhower are going to be very crowded tomorrow! Large group (including me, but not Alex, too windy for her) meeting at Clinton Road at 8:45 with a hike time of 9am. If I don't see you there, then perhaps indeed on Tecumseh at some point in Feb or March...
Well, now...I guess I am going to have to go hiking at least one day of my upcoming four day weekend -- MJ gave me Grivel G10's for xmas!! Woot, along with a Jet Boil complete with French Press attachment -- maybe we can enlist you for an outing during the long post-New Year's weekend??? Definatley want to ski Wildcat at least one day, maybe Attitash the other, plus a hike???
A great report on Roberts and downed trees. Kudos for the clean up...will make it easy for me in the Spring!
