Yesterday was an amazing day! I'm so glad to hear that so many of us got out there and enjoyed it. Franconia looked amazing from where we stood. Have you heard anything about the ice on LaFayette? I'd love to tackle Lincoln/LaFayette/Garfield next saturday, if weather and conditions permit.

FWIW When I recommended "Hawley" S.F. I should have said "Dubuque" S.F. It's not the name we use around here, but it's the one the DCR uses. The DCR maps are all surprisingly accurate, at least for basic navigation.
What type of BC Ski and Boot did you get? More specific info on your gear would make it easier for skiing reccomendations. Have Fun

You mean Brutus? Yeah, he's pretty impressive, especially from the perspective of the pic taken on West Bond. When I hike with him in the Whites everybody seems to know his name, but they sometimes don't remember mine!
