Does anyone know if there is a fresh water supply near the campsites on the Bold Coast (Cutler, ME) in early spring (April)? I was hoping to to stay longer than a night and did not want to pack in gallons of water. Thanks!

If you camp at Fairy Head, there is a freshwater stream that empties into the ocean that crosses the trail ( if I remember right, it's south of the 3 campsites at Fairy Head by about 1/4 mile, right on the coastline)

Someone who did it last September described Black Point Brook as a trickle. He also said that you could also filter water from the beaver areas feeding the brook from the west, on the inland trail.

Here is a picture of the brook in late April of last year
