Cascade Designs... great service!

Just a brief note to let the group know of my favorable experience with Cascade Designs. On a recent hike I fell and snapped one of my 5-year-old, heavily used, Trek'R'3 hiking poles. I cobbled the pieces together with wire, tape, and rope and finished the hike, then sent the pole to Seattle. Within just a few days the repaired pole was back (I'd sent it regular mail; it was returned by 2-day air, at no charge) with no charge, as good as new (well, except for my trail scratches on the non-replaced upper section).

So... thanks, Cascade Designs! This service deserves to be known.

I have also had a very good experience with Cascade Designs. My 70 oz. Platypus Reservoir was leaking slightly at the connection to the hose. It was about 4 or 5 years old, and yet they replaced it for free. Great Customer Service.
