Got a request from a mag to use a photo of mine !

Without going into a lot of the details (a member here is having a story published about them), I was contacted by the magazine for permission to use a photo I took of the member. I gave permission and am psyched for the member and am happy to have contributed in some small way.

You never know who's looking at photos you post in threads or on sites.

It's a specialty/trade type publication, not Backpacker or anything. The member in question could post a link to the article, I suppose, but they are relativey new here and I'm not sure they're comfortable enough to toot their own horn yet. Hopefully they will share it here.
