Hastings Trail

Does anyone know if the abandoned Hastings Trail in the Evans Notch area is still basically followable? It was abandoned around 2007 est.

I believe it is a snow machine route in winter so probably followable. If the winter route doesn't exactly follow the old hiking trail it comes pretty close.

As V says it was sort of an old road, but the N section was posted when I went to hike it a decade ago
