June 3rd Me, my sister and Silentcal are out doing trailwork on our trail. Wilcat Ridge from RT 16 to Wildcat D. If you all want to do a favor, cross your fingers, get on your knees, and pray to the weather gods to be nice to us rainwise.

We're having a joint ADK/46R work weekend. I'm leading a crew doing rock work on the Indian Pass trail in the Adirondacks.

first time for me
My brother and I helped clean out the Three Brothers Trail to Table Rock in Dixville Notch and the Cohos trail about halfway up to Dixville peak. It was mostly nothing more than lopping overgrown bushes and branches, putting up a few signs, and sawing though the some of the smaller trees fallen across the trail, but it was different and pretty fun.
It's probably too late in life for me to learn how, but I imagine it would be mighty interesting to moving boulders around like Pete does.
