Oh, hey. Good time for this thread to revive.

After maintaining a solid running regimen since spring of '07 I was feeling pretty good at a comparatively trim 185 going into the winter ... stopped running when the snow started piling up, but kept up a pretty good routine of skiing and snowshoeing until early April and wasn't much over 190 when spring hit ... but didn't get my running ass in gear quick enough, and hit June tipping the scale over 200 again. Yikes .

I'm back up to about 20 miles a week and starting to make up lost ground.
