That story is amazing, and would be great for fairs. The moose would work well for most of the year but definetly a problem during rutting season. I think its cool, and in no way do I see it as animal cruelty. The moose came to him and he just went along with it. -Mattl
 
FYI, snopes is a website that debunks (or proves) urban myths. In this case it was obviously seen as a fake - what a horrible PS job... but funny story.
 
look at the following:

Two wood piles are mirror immages

Trees in background are poplar, trees in pile are pine

Leaves are just comming out but moose is in full antler not velvet

skidder tracks on ground instead of moose tracks

Moose and wood piles are in direct hard light, background and sky is soft lighting

Great catch with the spring-green leaves not matching the fully grown antlers!

I wasn't happy about the part of the story where they said the bull would need to become a gelding :eek: :eek: :eek:
