Trail Conditions: Nothing unusual. Stream crossings required concentration and time but were not overwhelming. One of us rock hopped, the shorter-legged one stepped right on in (love smartwool and shoes that drain!) Bits of ice and snow were only in the crannies and shady area up high but none was anywhere you'd step. No bugs.
Special Equipment Required: Pole or poles essential for stream crossings. Headlamp just about essential due to the time of year and limited daylight.
Comments: Truly amazing trail, awesome scrambles, full report here, please don't be shy about asking questions or saying hello in the comments: Trek For Peace - Mt Jefferson via Castles.
