Ascent via Basin Trail, Hermit Falls Loop, and Basin Rim Trail; descent via Mt Meader Trail.
Conditions: mostly dry trail. A few patches of snow and ice.
Equipment: we had light traction but did not use it.
Comments: the second day of great hiking in our Evans Notch camp weekend. Mostly cloudy but with occasional glimpses of sun. Some very light snow showers along the way, and a light rain started just as we got down to the road.
