Trails: Starr King Trail
Conditions: There's a packed snowshoe track from top to bottom. The track was still a bit soft, especially up high, so we quickly put on our snowshoes. The biggest annoyance was ducking under low hanging snow covered branches. There were at least 18 others on the trail, most of them were wearing snowshoes, so the trail should be in pretty good shape.
Comments: Beautiful day, temps in the 20s with a bit of a breeze. There were some nice views of the Presis in the clouds from Starr King. Have some trees been cleared? We were up there in November 2011, and I don't remember there being such an obvious viewpoint.
