Last friday I went hiking in the whites mtn and the weather was perfect
to attemp another crazy hike.

Soo I decided to traverse Mt Washington from the West to the East and
East-West in the same day.

I start at 6:00 am from the Amno parking and I follow hike to the summit
on the side of the Cog railroad. At 8:45 am I was on the summit on still
feeling great. I went down in direction of Pinham notch following the using
tuckermine trail-Lion head-Tuckermine. At 11:45 am I was at Pinham and
I ate my lunch. After a short break of 15 minute I start to hike up again
and I used Boots spur trail-Davis path-crawford path to reach the summit.
This time it was harder and finally I reach the summit for the second time
at 4:00 pm. To go down I follow again the cog railroad and at 6:00 pm I was
back at my car.

This traverse was harder than I expected and today my legs still hurt me.

This is like a one-mountain-presidential-traverse. No wonder your legs still hurt!

Excellent hike...cool and unorthodox...hmmm maybe this could be a new thread?
