A couple snowshoers had broken out an alternating footprint on the trail which had frozen rock hard making for a bone jarring ride.Especially hard on Carter's paws ,Tuck fared better.I tried my best to make a more uniform surface.Water crossings not a problem, just lots of them and wet areas as well on the lower portion..On the way down I just barebooted this section.
