Vermont FR 10?

On the VT gazetteer it says FR 10 (near Little Rock Pond) is closed in winter. Does anyone know when it's actually closed and where they close it off? Thanks.

There is a gate maybe a couple miles in from the W end with a big snowmobile parking lot, I think the LTG says where

On your end the gate is not too far from the last house, I'd say it would be reasonable to walk to Little Rock Pond from W but not E
