Did anyone hear anything about a climbing accident on Pok-o over the weekend?
 
Regarding how/why he fell ? I don't think they have that yet;

This is very sad. I'm sure more details will come out after investigation. As I understand it, this was a rappelling accident that took place on the upper part of the face. Every activity has risks; please be careful out there.

And there are more injuries descending mountains then going up...
