Ravine Lodge Road Opening in late April

I'm contemplating leading an AMC loop hike to Moosilauke April 26. What is likelihood of Ravine Lodge Road being open by then assuming usual caveats of whether or not it's been a big snow winter or not. What's been past history or road opening dates? I'm thinking of Mr. Metsky here who appears to have pretty close association with DOC etc. I did a search and found Mr. Metsky's post about the road opening once by 4/2 due to power line construction, but this is probably atypical.
