It used to be prime rib cut to order with sides of garlic mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and oysters on the half shell. The Australian Shiraz was complementary. It was real cute how the spandex clad waitresses cut the fresh baked bread and mixed your salad right at the table. The valet service also washed and gassed up all SUVs and ATVs that showed up.

These events ain't what they used to be.
