Lot plowed and easy access. With trace of powder on top of ice, the lot is very slippery. Used microspikes for whole hike snowshoes unnecessary though we brought them. Nice but limited views with low cloud cover. Seven blowdowns but none required anything more than stepping over, no need to divert off of trail. Three blowdowns very close to trail junction of spur trail in clearing may present hidden trouble if snowpack increases. Great day, cool temps, little wind.
