After reading a post about some TV reality (ha!) show dealing with solo survival artists I thought of this guy.
If you can get your hands on his books or his videos it's not a bad way to spend some time. I saw him give a presentation here in Brattleboro of his Limpopo journey. It was accompanied by really cool african percussion which was pretty unique.
Anyway, thought some of you paddlers might enjoy checking this out.
