Trail Conditions: trail unbroken and parking lot unplowed. Parked on street without issue. Broke trail the whole way. Snow was WET and stuck to snowshoes. Hard work. Deep snow on ridge between S. and Middle. Tough descent of upper section of S. Moat due to slush over angled rock.
Special Equipment Required: snowshoes essential between S. and Middle Moat. Suggest Microspikes until the next storm if just doing S. Moat.
