I'm driving down saturday morning ~ hoping to hike a bit both days...my good friend just moved to a property that has Mohonk Trails right out the back door!!! As well as a pool AND hot tub -- has all the makings of a perfect site for a VfTT Gathering...alas...she is not a member here, so...

Pat and I never even thought about the W48 till this year. 3 summits last week in gorgeous weather to add to our 20 or so...ah, we might as well try. We've still never learned how to attach those crampons.
