My Scarpa's rubber gasket that lines the bottom of the shoe (just above the sole) is starting to peel, just wondering if anybody has any recommendations on Shoe Goo, gorilla glue, or something else? I think I may need to shrink it too a wee bit as it seemed to have expanded... or perhaps trim it down a wee bit before gluing..

Barge Cement for the glue, and some stretch film as a "vice".
The cement, you can get at some hardware stores, and cobblers.
the stretch film, I've seen at U-Haul stores.
This adhesive is what cobblers us to repair delaminating soles on shoes.

good luck!

Another reco for barge cement.

Thanks for the stretch film idea. I've used latex tubing in the past (like the kind you would see used for slingshots)
