yup...on the descent headed back toward D. I was really captivated by the views of Emmons that day.

I've climbed that slide three times, once was in the middle of peak and the views were fantastic, Couchie actually looked liked a mountain that day. A little one, but a mountain.

We were there on Labor Day...will definitely go back later in the fall for the foliage. Must be incredible looking over that Cold River Valley toward the Santas!

My instant reaction was Hopkins, doesn't mean much, but is it a high peak or not?
