My favorite "speed summiter" is Ueli Steck. His aerobic capacity is otherworldly.
Here is a video of him running at 10,000 feet (and above). The guy's incredible.

Steck is alright, I guess, but he picks easy stuff like the Eiger, Grandes Jorasses and Matterhorn.
