Had a chance to go north for a couple of days for kayak camping Umbagog.
Great wildlife viewing Moose, Eagles, Osprey, American Woodcock in abundance and boy they sure do make an unmistakeable whistling noise (air thru the wings) when they do the ir Display filghts..
Swimming Bear was an excellent sighting...bear swimmining towards you moment...
... strange sounds in the night that I have yet to mention...
that would be the 2nd night fright...
I've written up a partial Trip Report. ..didn't get to the part about the Moose swimming over beside me....
