The first number is the sequential order of total winter 46ers, the second number is their official 46er number. * means they finished their first round in winter and don't have a number yet.

I know that Doug "Hillman1" will be added to that list. I went to the dinner last weekend and greatly enjoyed speaking with a few of the above finishers as well as some old friends. I hope to be in next year's finishers.

There are several people who are conspicuous by absence! :D

Mike B: What is the cut-off date for being a member of the class of 2008?

Tom,

For Winter 46ers, there are no "classes" as there are for regular 46ers. So if someone who just finished sends their list in July, for example, they will be put in the correct place in the list chronologically and all people below them will move down a notch. Some Winter 46ers have reported 5 or more years after their finish and they were put on the list chronologically.

So if I read this right.....I finish and I am number 394 but 5 years later a person finishes a day before me my number would change?

That's correct. The numbers don't really mean anything. My W number has changed a few times.

Speak for yourself!

Ok, just kidding, but that is good to know, and contradicts what I assured Laurie this morning does not happen! Oops!

Is there another list......

I would like to know what peaks people finished on. Is there any record of that?

Thanks Mike!
Inge :)

I finished the W on Haystack. I actually saw you out on Emmons last winter. And Bob--sorry I missed you at the dinner, I had really good concert tickets for that night. I'll make next year though

I mailed my peaks list to the Office of the Historian last weekend. I mailed it from Canada so it might take some time for the dog teams to deliver it.

A Adirondack HIGH PEAK. :D

Hey IcenSnow!

I finished on Marcy. How about that?

Just a Peak Lists OR did you send in some reports about your climbs?

Just the peaks list.

The reports are coming soon.

Neil, the list and the reports should be sent together, at least an even very short note with the list or we, the correspondents, get offended. Otherwise the correspondent will assume no reports are coming.
