Hi Kids,
OK, Rocket and his team have bailed for their Saturday Hike. I hereby propose that interested hikers meet at the bottling plant parking spot at 9:30 AM on Saturday. From there, we hike up Roberts, head out to the Faraway lookout on the High Ridge Trail, and decend back down to the cars via "lesser Known" trails, to the point of beginning. There are no stream crossings, and on Tuesday of this week, there were no icy patches. The total distance is about 6 miles. It is supposed to be below freezing on Friday night so things may not be too mushy. Bring snowshoes just in case. there is still a lot of snow up there.
