Here's a link to the dinner itself.

Not to seem overly critical, but perhaps they can present the awards so that those completing the most difficult lists are recognized first; i.e., completers of the Winter 111 would be first, followed by All Seasons 111, etc and the last group would be the All Seasons NH 4K. The soirees I've attended have done it in reverse order -

I'll be there to get my 48 scroll. Looking forward to meeting many of you. I was also thinking of doing a quick hike that day before the dinner. Not sure what yet. Also, I don't want to be driving back to CT that night afterwards. Maybe someone can suggest a good hotel to stay. Maybe in Portsmouth?

Sugar. I just realized that I'll be in Colorado until that Sunday. Oh well. Good luck to everyone getting scrolls/patches!

Thanks everyone for replying back. Here's the deal so far, by popular vote we will have a table for all VFTT members. Since I'm carpooling with someone I'll be leaving when they're ready. As of today I plan to get there during the exhibits and everyone can migrate to the cafeteria and find a table. If we can pre-save tables please post back with info.
Once again thanks everyone for posting back!

Scratch that! I'm back on! (I made an executive decision and am sending one of my staffers instead!)

Glad to read that you will be there...first it's I'll be in Torino...then it's I'll be in Colorado...when does it end?! :D

Hey, what can I say, I'm quite the jetsetter! :D But in the end, it's the mountains where my heart is! :)

67?

I know the 48 ( 4000 footers in NH) and the 100 ( one hundred highest in New ENgland) and the 111 (115) (4000 footers in NE and New York) but what is the 67 award?

The 67 is the NE67 -- the 4Ks in New England (besides the 48 in NH, there are 5 in VT and the rest in Maine)

Deadlines

I haven't submitted my NH 48 application yet for the patch... is there a deadline in order to go to the event?

Somehow this thread escaped me until now...

The deadline for dinner reservations (without surcharge) has been extended to April 10th as those who have received letters recently will note.
The deadline for applications is April 14th (i.e. they need to be in my hands on April 14th) but please don't wait until the last minute.

P.S. does anyone know how I could get in touch with Harry K?

Will have to settle for a scroll in the mail for the second year in a row, family commitments. Too bad, I only live a 10 minute drive away from the chance to see people off the trail...

Thanks for asking the question and stating what the other numbers were for.
Figured I was the only one on the planet that didn't know what every body was talking about.....
Last year I noticed it is held not far from where I live...there is a young fellow at work who might be interested in seeing what it is all about.
Is it open to the public or on an invite only thing ?
AMC members only ?

Well, then it's good thing you got out of that Colorado trip. ;)

We would be receiving 3 scrolls each (67/100/Winter 4 but since this is Bob's B-day weekend we will be away celebrating - guess we will have to wait for the mail to deliver them.

Have fun everyone.

The 22nd is my birthday as well. I'll be having my Annual 29th Birthday Party that day. Bob, this is your 29th, too, right?
